Putting a link onto tabs

How can I put a link on a tab? I.e. I'd like to have that when I click on "Tab 2" a new page opens below the menu (besides the actual tab). And when I click on a link in the submenu that tab should also stay open. Usually "Tab 1" opens as the dafault tab. Who can help?

I don't quite understand your question. The tabs are used for switching to different panel. Opening a new page will leave current page and it makes no sense to place the link on the tab.
Maybe you want multiple level tabs like our Tab Menu and our Tabbed Content doesn't support that much.
