can not we provide actual link to the tab instead of #view1 so that it act as tab in home page and link to rest of the page.

Ajax Tabs is what you need. The Ajax functionality is a built-in function of the McTabs.

If you prefer the link will navigate to a new page instead of loading the content into a tab panel, you just don't declare data-ajax attribute so that the link will be a pure link without the Ajax functionality binding to it.
