Drupal setup to use the javascript image slider

Please explain how to set this up on drupal

when creating a basic page make sure you use text format Full HTML or create a new rule that will allow you to use <link> and <script> tags. then just point the paths to where you saved the CSS and Javascript files needed for the slider. I find that when i create the page i get the image loading GIF for a long time but if i click edit and then save the page again with no changes the page will load correctly (no clue why this happens). I am using Drupal 7.26 BTW
