Domain License Question

Does the domain license include "localhost" to support testing on a local machine before deployment?

Under the FAQ tag on the McTabs main page, you will find:

Under your development environment(localhost server or local file path), you can temporarily set the license as "6580t" to disable the purchase reminder.
