Tabs inside tabs not working

I'm trying to make tabs inside another tab, however the "inside" ones are not working.
I can't switch between them and all the various divs content is shown at page load instead of just the first one. I suspect this happens because my main tabs content is loaded with ajax requesting other php pages by ajax which output the content (and the inside tabs are part of this output). Is possible that it's not working because the inside tabs aren't present in the DOM when the main page loads? Am i correct? Is there any fix for this?

It should present in the DOM, but it will miss the DOM ready event to get it started.
