How to Add these menus on top of site Brand CSS templates

Hi, 

This is a great tool thanks.  We are trying to add this functionality to an existing SharePoint whereby Corporate will not let us change the branding/navigation/headers. Is there a way to tack on this functionality to an existing navigation and add as a separate CSS file?

Thanks. yes, it helps display but still error on line 4 char 61 of js. Is there a way to edit js - getParentOffsetRoot(a,b) that might eliminate this error?
I have resolved this thanks.
