Sharepoint Menu drop downs stopped working

Hi,
This is Mukti Ranjan. I have used the Demo1-Menucool Image Slider in one of my SharePoint sites. But after successfully implementing this , the sharepoint navigation buttons at the top of the page stopped showing the drop down menus. It seems to be a conflict in Javascript/CSS. Please help out.

As the slider has z-index values in its CSS, you need to give the menu or the menu's containing block a higher z-index value. For example: #menu2 { z-index:200;}

However I am using Menucool Javascript Image Slider v2014.1.4 version on my sharepoint site. I have created a custom CSS for my site. Where I have to change ; in my css or inside the js-image-slider.css file ? please help.

You can add the z-index to the menu container:
<div class="menu horizontal menu-horizontal" style="z-index:999999;">

Does your slider container has a higher z-index value than 999999? 
Please check all your z-index settings and guarantee the menu has the highest.
